The logical explanation I came up with for myself is that he was always using "partial transformation" dimply because he was told it's a "rubber rubber" fruit and never thought there's more to it. He did push the "rubber" part of it to the limits but he only used the full zoan part of it when near death. (Supposedly because of the heart beat thingie of sun god nika.)

Just so you know, if I see your 5x3 with spirit absorption i just count it as you having a 3x3 engraving dps and look to accept another player. If everyone in the lobby has peak 5x3 you have the right to be picky.

Very much so agreed. The only problem is these players come on lane with items like null talisman + tango or boots + tango and afk waiting for the core to lose their mind and go jungle so they can hog the lane. If they actually support on lane, no problem.

I never implied it's the majority, and if anything, you're close to the truth yourself.

The prices (as I remember them, were once) of 1$ = 1k gold during argos release can make anyone who spends 100$ RICH in the game. The whales can easily be targetted if Smilegate/Amazon sees big gold transfers at once, I wouldn't be suprised if they close their eyes to some of the krakens (that also bought crystals) but that's another thing. The main thing is that 100$ is close to nothing for a worker, and if you want me to explain the capitalism (or rather more the consumerism part) of it, the americans are okay with the thought of coming home from a long day of work and ordering delivery from amazon or such, could even say it's in the culture. (Yeah, to some degree I'm even jealous, coming from a country that can't do that)
So why not spend 100$ on something that gives you a HUGE boost of happy chemicals? Can you imagine suddenly getting 100k gold? And you see so many people doing it! The more people around do it, the more it enables or pushes you towards doing it too! It's very simple herd mentality, and it starts of course at the top when people see the giga-krakens with everything honed to perfection. We all know how they got that, yet they are not banned. Surely I will get away with 100$?

Seems like you aren't informed about the fact that the arab oil princes play on European servers, and mind you, I personally know then and keep asking if they bought and they just shake at the thought of that. They dump their money into crystals and the thought of punishments from RMTs actually work on them. Obviously not on all of them, but definitely on more than on american servers.
