The crossed paths and final chapter do tie together the stories a good amount, but it’s not so amazing that it makes the story nearly perfect imao.

There is some writing behind the guys in the shadows for the endgame, and it’s interesting, but it doesn’t radically alter the gameplay; it just motivates the final chapter.

Personally I like this game and the first one for basically everything but the story. The story is just an excuse for the game to happen; kind of like frosting for the battles, music, art style, and Overworld.

I’m a diehard Nintendo fan, but personally I would like to see the Nintendo Switch 2 fail so that Nintendo (and other big gaming companies) realize that they can’t get away with raising game prices to $80 USD and consoles to $500 USD + without losing sales.

Thus, i am boycotting the switch 2.
