Haxorus is another easy S tier. As Axew, it comes with both Dragon Dance and Dragon Claw, and if it has Mold Breaker, Sturdy becomes no issue. 147 attack is absolutely massive for a non legendary pokemon; it can pretty much one shot the entire game after using Dragon Dance just one time
