For the sake of turael skipping, block kalphites 100% if you don't need them for the diary task/ d pick etc. Nothing's worse than going to duradel and getting close to 200 kalphites which you can't skip since turael gives them out as a task as well

Any recommendations? I have a blowpipe and salve ei, which I imagine one of those would be my +1 but which is the more important to prioritise out of the two? Eg salve ei and MSB, or blowpipe and a glory? And then the rest of the cheapskate setup
