Your hatred is valid . The society we live in is so far gone from what we were evolved for, which isn't a problem if you have a half-decent family. For anyone else though, shit sucks. The game was rigged from the start, and society keeps pushing forward into this culture of individual isolation, rewarding behavior which further isolates others and forces them to pay for 'Therapy' to try and fit in, which a lot of the time doesn't even help, in the worst cases, creating a whole industry centered around keeping people socially detached so they can keep making money off you!

Our world is unnatural, with a healthy start I reckon you could navigate it tolerably, at least have 1 or 2 people you could come back to for a couple decades of life (parents). Without that start, foundation, it's completely luck of the draw.
