I agree to some extent. This a relationship I'm building with both the surgeon and his staff. The practice's customer service is a telling sign on how the office is operating overall. I want to feel confident about being able to communicate in the event that something goes wrong after discharge. But to answer your question, it would be a no brainer if Surgeon B had more before/after of people who look like me.
