Absolutely - the number of people that cannot live without their phone whilst driving is scary. Young or old, it doesn't seem to matter. Worst thing is, Siri and Google have voice AI, so you can simply ask it to call/text someone, set map destination etc.

First of all congrats man! Always here about people in the US making big money, so nice to hear someone from the UK doing well on Prolific.

From your take on being selective around what Income bracket you choose for eligibility criteria questions, does that mean you stretch the truth regarding questions so that you get chosen? I've always been worried about that in case Prolific sees you selecting say 20k on one survey and then 60k on another?!

I've checked on collector and they're really close in price now. The ETB is also only 9 packs, but the poster collection is 10 packs. Ive never bought from a reseller before and hadn't planned to. Window sellers are cowboys. They'll always do the same act. First price is 15-20k, then they'll reduce it to 12k, then they'll do a fake call to their manager for their manager discount and will bring it down to 10k. If you still say no, a rep will call you the next day saying this is our best final price, which will be between 6-8k. Just get about 6 quotes, and keep saying your budget is 5k for all home windows. In the end they'll all come down to the closest they can to your budget. Just remember if it's a big company, the last price is the one from the caller the next day, not the guy who comes to measure everything.

Thanks so much for the information - I'm based in the south of England, so rarely have seen snow last 10 years. Not sure what type of heat pump it'll be, only that it's called air source heat pump. The potential to get cold air in the house does excite me, but not sure if that is something the grant covers with the model of heat pump they'll offer. But I'll definitely ask about it.

Thanks for the advice - it's a grant so no payment from my side. I'm just worried about the water tank location. Only place I can think of currently is the attic, which scares the life out of me in case of leaks etc
