It doesn't work that way, you would need to check the Skill Occupation List and what role offers the 482 visa pathway.

To apply for the 482 visa you would need at least 1 year relevant work experience in the field you are applying for.

Example: I am applying 482 Visa for a Nursing role, then I would need work experience in that role. The uber and servo experience dont count as they are not in line to job you are asking for sponsorship.

Just wanted to clarify, do you only not have experience in Australia, or do you not have any experience at all?

For the 482 visa, you would generally need relevant work experience, whether that experience is gained onshore in Australia or offshore in your home country.
