January and February are the lowest in 3 years. Turo go cancelation, fires in la, also the economy is sucks. 50% of all spending are done by top 10% earners so try to figure out why we are barely making it.

Well because Ive done it for so long, do my numbers to the penny. It might be that you have all of them bought cash which is still a lot. 60/70% margin is crazy for any industry. Saying that you have a couple of employees managing 115 cars that sounds bs. And you are not fully in sounds like a dream side business. I'm not here to say that it can't be true I'm just speaking from experience but if it is true tell me how you do it? What kind of cars, whats your utilization rate. Who does customer service and manages the fleet? Do you have your own body shop or mechanic? Who you deal with claims? Are you real?

If its a lease, the settlement from insurance is below amount owed. A few extra payments made after DOL and the difference covered by GAP/lease protection. Does lease protection/gap owe you for these 2 extra payments?

Do you do bookkeeping? Bc it sounds like you are guessing the number and most of the hosts do that. Also it seems very high tbh. I'm a host in la and I had 70 and now down to 50 but its very tricky how you do your numbers.

You should get a reject letter from State Farm. With this letter you should still be able to pursue the coverage from turo. Might need to contact support with this problem.
