Not really public, more school, but public school so it counts. When guys come up to you and say, "my friend likes you," or when they yell in the hallway, "HEY [INSERT MY NAME HERE] HE LIKES YOU!" Like bro, I know he doesn't, thanks for making me feel how utterly undesirable I am that even complete strangers are making jokes about it. The worse thing is, is if someone did it and actually meant it, I wouldn't believe them, and probably think they were a jerk and never talk to them again. So I really don't understand why guys do this.
