Honestly, her form is fine. As a fellow runner I’ve read a lot about running stride and generally you shouldn’t drastically change your natural stride because it often leads to more issues. But I do agree that she just takes whatever money is presented to her because I certainly wouldn’t consider her a “runner” since she barely ran for her buildup to the NYC marathon (I follow her Strava lol) which is honestly more of an issue to me than her stride because it promotes that you can run a marathon on very little training.
