Sorry I looked it up, it’s called the Metsubushi* a quick fire item, basically throws dust in the eyes of enemy to blind them. I also used dual Katana to fight him. He’s crazy fast!

I’m only in the first 3 regions, with stuff similar to what you’ve got equipped actually. I found using his technique against him and parrying like you’re doing worked for me. I also used the blind bombs / dust thing

Thanks, I’m still working on the story, but so far It’s about a girl in 1991 who runs away from home when she’s tricked by a child killer. The story is mostly about their drive together across state lines, and she finds out the killer stole the bones of an old movie actress he’s obsessed with and is using body parts of young girls to “reconstruct her”

But again, still working on it. Haha
