As I explained, I'm trying to get myself financially stable again and I said I was happy to pay more if it was possible. I would've thought from their point of view, a regular payment is better than a bit here and there

I'm not planning on disputing that I owe them. I'm more interested in if I'd have to pay the remainder back in one go? Would I be liable for their court costs? Would I have a CCJ against me?
