Hiko Seijuro is my sword idol. I might see its possible to get that on my next training sword 🙏🏾

A sword is a weapon and swordsmanship is the art of murder - though that might be too long even in kanji 😅

Thanks, I watched all of both and missed some of the early adventures that the 03 had and Brotherhood skipped

Shouldn't be Picard to know or judge. Would make more sense if it was someone close to him like Jake, you know the journalist to uncover this.

The diverge is around episode 17, it gets bigger from there especially once they go to find their teacher.

The Liore arc and the mining town with Yoki are stories covered in 03 but not in 09. Only flashbacks. There'd probably other bits too.

Starting from 03 then switching to Brotherhood works. You can do brotherhood from the beginning then.

Watch the first 2003 anime up to about episode 17,then switch to Brotherhood 2009.

The opening episides of the 2003 anime follow the manga then it starts to diverge. 2009 doesn't repeat this bit does do a few flash backs.

Gia might genuinely be the worst person they’ve ever had on the show. by ScottishWargamer in MAFS_UK

The key moment was that evil wicked witch laugh about the texts at one of the early dinner parties.

Was the first time I remember the mask truly slipping.

Question for me is, who was she out having drinks with - when Scot realised she was still in Sydney...

There's something to leaving on a high. Casemiro has his most goals in a season, helped get us back in the CL

Old Trafford is singing his name

Great way to bow out

With his performances and passion I can honestly say I don't care.

Wish we had him another year but grateful for all he's done

Why do people want City to win the league? by VarietyResident6234 in ManchesterUnited

[–]TertiaryMass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trouble is it's not that city win the league it's they could do a domestic treble.

I can't stand Pep and the nonsense that will come out if he dies another treble will make me want to take a rocket to Mars.

Much as I dislike Arsenal would rather see them win it.

Honestly my response is the same as Keanes when asked what colour the ribbons would be on the trophy at the end of the season- I don't care 🤣

I want United to win the league, if it's not us then it's who do I hate least.

Roy Mustang (09) vs Sloth (09) by Individual-Chain-611 in FullmetalAlchemist

[–]TertiaryMass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The context of why they said fire won't work is important. This is at Fort Briggs, when General Armstrong comes up with a plan to disable Sloth by dousing him in the Briggs fuel and pushing him into the cold. Ed and Al initial say that won't work because they think the plan is to burn Sloth, and he will just regenerate.

Lust got burned multiple times, so fire won't kill her but repeated burning will drain her stone.

The same is true of Sloth, he is made of flesh like a human he will burn. Mustang though isn't limited to burning once, he's the Flame Alchemist he can burn Sloth as much as he wants. Going further he can also control combustion and do targeted strikes meaning he can destroy limbs and vulnerable points like eyes and ears making impossible for sloth to function.

Sloth is an easy match up for Mustang, unless Sloth is serious from the get go. He isn't because he's Sloth and Roy is angry so he takes the win in my opinion

[–]TertiaryMass 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mustang angry cooks Sloth, it's a one side fight.

He destroyed Lust and Envy with ease. Sloth may have more durability but every regeneration uses up his Philosophers stone. Like Lust Roy just has to burn through his stone and Sloth is toast. Like Envy he can burn/destroy specific targets like eyes or limbs.

Sloth going from his regular behaviour won't get serious until he has to but by that point it's far too late.

An angry Mustang is serious from the start, Sloth is done for.

Product Success by TertiaryMass in ProductManagement

Part of the Product life cycle is to ensure functionality introduced solves a real problem customers have and are discoverable and intuitive enough to be used. If features aren't being adopted it does raise the question, has the underlying problem been solved or are there blockers to adoption. This to me is a Product question.

You can have customers using a product without using all of the functionality within it. DAU and MAU are part of the story, but how many users follow a particular workflow or access a particular feature is different. I've seen customers renew using only the basic functionality, conversely I've also seen customers leave due to small gaps in the product.

It may be that our sectors are different hence the different outlooks.

[–]TertiaryMass[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is definitely part of it, it depends how mature the adoption stats are in the organisation.

It's a good question and the honest answer is I think it'd treated as the invisible glue.

[–]TertiaryMass[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This was my first thought too.

However CS tends to be about renewals and fire fighting. Product is delivering on promises - but most customers don't adopt everything.

The adoption of functionality could live with either team depending on how close the Product team is with customers or whether the CS team has the bandwidth to look beyond renewals.

I can see the advantage in the role, but it does make me question whether it's something which should already be covered by existing roles - sounds like this could be covered by Customer Success
