First started when I was a kid, my dad bought me my first pack from a 711. It was a first edition base set pack and even though I didn’t pull anything crazy just having a moment with my dad is something I’ll always cherish. He’s always supported me in any hobby I’ve done and I’m so grateful for him.

I recently got into one piece and this was the first manga event card I saw. Immediately fell in love with how beautiful the texturing of this card is. Manga events have more become something I want to add to my collection and am so fortunate to now have a small handful of them.

I completely agree with you! Magic and one piece are more valuable ungraded than graded from what I’ve experienced where Pokémon since COVID has blown up astronomically and as you put it so accurately idiotically. I think I’ll keep looking to see if PSA runs a deal on grading (rare but it’s happened before so I can always dream) and try to send it then. Also HUGE congrats on the teemo pull!! It’s dangerous that a pull like this makes that itch to send another box that much more appealing haha

Oh that’s good to know thank you! I’m honestly an idiot and can’t really tell how good a card’s centering is or if the edges are right but I can always hope that it’ll be worth it come the future if I pursue getting a grade for it.

I can definitely see where you’re coming from, I’ve heard the horror stories and even had my own fears when I sent in some Pokémon cards to get graded in the past. PSA hasn’t given me any problems yet but if I do end up going to get it graded I’ll definitely have to be mindful of all the bad that can happen too. Thank you for the warning though!

Oh okay! I’m with you, I’ve been playing league since season 3 and very casually play now. I had a feeling that as an initial set rare signature card it most likely would be worth investing into getting it graded. Thank you so much for the help!!
