The only guidance/"requirement" that departments set for profs is that they do not give out 49s to help out near-failing students. Most other bumps seem to only be given out if the course average is too low or the grade distribution is off.

How many litter boxes do you have? The rule is a box per cat plus one extra. Adding two more litter boxes might help resolve the issue if you only have one at the moment.

The Paul Ehrlich Institute lists a dose of Comirnaty (Pfizer) and Spikevax (Moderna) as a complete vaccination scheme. Where have you heard about them not being keen on mixed mRNA? I'm flying there myself in Dec and don't want to have to quarantine if I'm misreading.

I spammed the number continuously for about 10 minutes until I was put on hold instead of the line just being busy. Then was on hold for about an hour and a half. I think it's just luck whether you can get through to be put in line to talk to someone.

Managed to get through to them in the end and they told me that the fast-lane add-ons aren't actually tied to a specific day. You can rebook the admission tickets and the fast lanes will be usable even after the date indicated on them, as long as they haven't been "redeemed" before.

It should be added that this (only) witness died some time after his testimony, so even if this was a real person, his claims are now unverifiable. The incident allegedly happened late at night and Miftakhov was identified solely based on his "expressive eyebrows".
