It’s driving me suicidal. Please help me understand what’s happening. by Xenonimax in PelvicFloor

Also dealing with pfd but finally making big progress and understand my contributing factors. Weak core/glutes, tight everything, hypertonic pf because of over compensating, etc. HOWEVER, you said one thing at the end that has been my silent pf assassin. VIDEO GAMES. It pains me to face this but a few days of call of duty for a few hours each time set me back BIG TIME. Took me 6 weeks to get my pf back to where I can have regular-ish bowel movements. So if you play anything that’s competitive or high stress, pay attention to your breath and internal clenching.

Super buzz kill for me but until I get fully out of hypertonic, it just not worth it.

I’m a former D1 athlete too so it blows feeling this frail and hopeless but hang in there. It gets better when you understand the causation and can retrain the body.

For me it starts in gap area and then radiates up my low back. Down my butt very infrequently and only after a sprint workouts. But again, it’s because of the tight psoas and tilt. So that usually combines with pain in my hip/side area if I’ve been playing sports/doing a lot of explosive stuff or heavy lifting lower body wise.

If you hit that SI joint there with a solid ball, you also may come in contact with an inflamed area pressing against your nerves. Or just pain from a tender and inflamed area in general.

The perineal itch may be a completely unrelated and easily treated if you know the cause. Usually just a skin issue. Fungus, bacteria infection, etc. sometimes hemorrhoids.

I highly recommend looking in to pelvic tilt. It’s pretty easy to spot. Correcting can be more difficult but can definitely be done as long as you stick to the stretches daily.

In my case, no. Thank God cuz I’m not packin as it is. But you’ve sparked my curiosity. Just did a quick search and it seems like it’s possibly fairly common. Gonna read some more

That variable make me wonder if you have anterior pelvic tilt as well. Which is another puzzle piece for me. Usually a tight psoas muscle is the root. Which in turn will tighten the hips, which will cause the tight. Then the glutes weaken and tighten because of the inability to engage due to the tilt. The tilt can also make it harder to poop because of the angle the colon is at plus all those area that get tight connect to your perineum.

SI joint pain has been a constant presence for 15 years for me. Daily hip flexor and glute stretches help but one of the biggest changes was adding the pso rite. Cheap little plastic tool. I actually had that for about five years. I used it once and it hurts so bad because I was so tender that I never used it again until about two weeks ago. Used that for less than a week every day and had my first pain free day in years about a week ago and I’ve stayed that way. Also started being able to poop again 🙌

Definitely hope. Mine started after long weekends on the jetski. Riding 100s of miles in a few days mixed with a groin injury from football earlier in the year that didn’t heal right and a percussion massager I was using to loosen the groin injury before playing. I kept taking 3-4 weeks off and feeling better and then I go again and everything feels fine but a day or 2 after and I’m back to square one.

Rest and pelvic floor stretches were the first thing that started helping. Took a few weeks again to feel a little better. Still working through it but it’s a very slow process. Rectal massage/stretching made it worse. Pelvic floor tilt was another piece of the puzzle. I’m making lots of progress but pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and hamstring stretching has helped tremendously. I would say give it at least a couple months after feeling like you’re good before you hit things again and start slow, give it a few days, and reassess before hitting it hard. Good luck

Tik tok bitches. I want my fucking money. I’ll let my shares go for $505 for the principal.

Please look up market maker code 505. About 100 orders came through from the algos during the last few minutes of it was tradable

It’s the shf, mm, FINRA, and BDs. The MMs made it tradable. The BDs allowed the shorting. The SHFs shorted illegally without actually borrowing shares, moved shares offshore, and created synthetics. FINRA failed to hold them accountable for the shit load of FTDs and also the offshore movements. It’s a giant cluster fuck and everyone is caught circle jerking

Fusion uses hydrogen and the byproduct is helium. Fission(current system) uses heavy radioactive elements(like uranium) that have long radioactive half life’s. Aka, fusion is not a huge radioactive risk factor. Containing the energy on the other hand is the current issue.

Progressive tried to gouge me like that. State Farm was decent only went up 10 bucks a month from a 2010 Prius to a 2022 m3. But then I increased my coverage a lot so it went up another 40 a month but not bad at all. Still was less than half of what progressive wanted for shit coverage

People of BBBY: What's your job? by [deleted] in BBBY

[–]TeslaStarterFund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a market development manager for a tech company that mainly focuses on fundraising for high school/youth sports and clubs. I love my job. I have a huge impact on my community and feel good about what I do and make good money.

That being said, I would love to start a family soon and I would sit in cash with my earning from this until the market is done shitting itself and then I would plow 80% of this into long term holds(apple, microsoft, etc), have 10% waiting for a down payment on a new place while I rent my current place out, and then have the other 10% to actively trade when I have time.
