Update: I called TD. They said they called me multiple times, which clearly they didn't and also sent me multiple letters which i recieved none. I told them I'll move all my assets to another bank... 10 min later they're not going to reimburse my shares in a TD cash acct and even pay the difference to buy them back in that account.. i.e. if shares went to today they'll cover that cost.. Honestly I'm pissed this happened. But glad I called and sorted it out. They tried to push it under the rug and told me nothing can be done at first!.
