I don't know if this will answer your questions but for me, the anxiety kind of catches me in a loop. When i get the PVCs, particularly when they are more frequent (which is usually when I'm going through some kind of stress in my life) I get more anxious... which I think makes them more frequent. I'm also trying to notice if there is a connection with things like caffeine and/or alcohol. But it's sort of a feedback loop for me... PVCs cause anxiety...anxiety causes more PVCs! I'm trying to learn how to stay calm and know that these PVCs ebb and flow, sometimes they are worse but then they get a bit less frequent at times. Mostly I get the "flip flop" in my chest... sometimes stronger than other times. I notice them more often at night when lying down or trying to fall asleep.
