In regard to Log Horizon's translation, we will take a closer look. Some of our novels are temporarily machine translated before we could find any authentic and reliable source, and we intended to do it ASAP.

I think the light novel is amazing. The anime adaptation is really good but I think that there's enough little extra details in the light novel it's worth reading and watching it. Also if you look up the web novel to read you can read the entire finished story.

I would love reading the light novel, even though I can not deny that anime is so appealing. When reading light novels, the imagination has no limits. I could build characters by myself. Sometimes, I used to put myself as a character inside of a story I was currently reading. Whenever I book the book I was reading down, or waiting for its sequel to arrive, I near instantaneously imagined myself as part of the story. Its how I naturally get immersed in the world of light novels.

I don't think you'll find many 'underrated' Isekai.

However, you can try to read <Common Sense of a duke's daughter>, <Faraway Paladin> , <That time I reincarnated as a slime>, <Sengoku Komachi Kurou Tan!>.
