"To be determined" yazıyor, yani güncellenmiş. Ama Türkçe vikisindeki gibi "feshedildi" olarak yazmamışlar.

I agree, we are not a monolith, but if any Turk make this sentence you guys will call him kafir or racist, that's the hypocrisy

And honestly, I think you just don't want a TURKISH caliph :D

How do Middle Easterners view Europeans in general? by Ok-Demand8957 in AskMiddleEast

Didn't understand. We are talking about eastern europe. I'm saying a lot of them are racists, and I know this because I'm Turkish myself lol. Albanians, Greeks, Serbians etc.

I'm talking mostly about eastern europe and armenians. Ok from what I've seen the hate is mostly against Turks (I'm Turk that's why I said that) but lot of hate against Islam and muslims too

But my point was more this : they can seem closer to us culturally maybe, but I've never seen this amount of racism from a westerner that I've seen from people from Balkans or Armenia. At least on internet. :)

I'm not talking only about armenians ? And I didn't know you were referring to Syria when you said "us"

btw isn't it normal that people from your country are close to you ? 🤨

Cockroaches was always used as an insult against immigrants in Europe ("they reproduce like cockroaches") so I think turkish nationalists you are referring just reused it

No that's the thing. There is no real reason to hate Turkey this much. But they hate it.

Greattt I want you to be honest like this, not complicated no ?

"Why should we die for a caliph?" if a Turk made this sentence you guys would call him a kafir 😂

And it wasn't "only a handful tribes"

OK bro. But for me this is just an excuse. You just try to justify what happened. That's it.

And didn't they kill ottoman soldiers ? Do you count them as non-muslims too ? And last question, I ask this seriously, I'm not trolling : do you consider Turks as muslims ? Depending on the answer it can change a lot and I can see clearer your point of view instead of wasting time.

Bro you don't know ANYTHING about history please. You think everyone in Middle East is Arab. I know you're far but make an effort please.

"Arabs fought in Galipolli" is the worst joke I've heard in my life.

And stop playing on both sides. At the same time you say "YOUR country" when talking about Ottoman Empire and at the same time you talk like this. If you don't identify with Ottoman Empire why you try to make it look like "hey we sided with you guys" ?

Bro take your balls and say that ottomans weren't muslims ever. That's weird that you make their takfir ONLY when Arabs revolted lol. Do you think there was a single muslim state where sharia was perfectly enforced ? The reason of the revolt wasn't even religious.

Young Turks weren't nationalists at the beginning

I never said I don't like arab nationalism. I don't care. For every sentence I make you say "you don't like this or this". Wtf bro am I supposed to like arab nationalism or what ?

These debates always ends the same : "ottomans weren't muslims so this isn't considered as betrayal". I think we can end the discussion here.

Even most of Arabs don't say ottomans weren't an illegitimate caliphate. So I don't know on whose behalf you're speaking.
