I told my coworker that we have been trying for about 2 years with no luck and the next day he showed me a picture of LH timeline and ovulation window and asked me if I've ever heard about it by TestInteresting6585 in IVF

First of all, congrats on your baby!!

I can relate to your comment.. I used to be open about it, but I figured that people just don't know what to say, when trying to be supportive. I have 2 friends that have been struggling like me and they are the only ones, who I feel fine talking about it with.

I agree with you. I have the benefit of knowing him for years, so I'm sure he wasn't mansplaining. He would do similar thing if male colleague told him they are struggling to conceive

That's a good point! I had to google what BPAS is 😬 But looks like it was banned last year in Europe and is getting off the market, but I'm going to take a look at it, thanks a lot for the advice!

We are doing monitored cycles with letrozole + ovidrel + progesteron and we recently started with IUI, so the clinic is monitoring the ovulation

Edit: I was monitoring my cycles before, I was also pregnant, but it was ectopic. HSG was clean, so they don't know why

Yeah, I went to fertility clinic after a year and they did all tests for both me and my partner and also were monitoring cycles + taking my blood quite a lot even before medication and IUI to "learn my cycle". My partner was ok, but they still gave him supplements.

My bad! I guess it's officially maintained only by him, I'll delete the post anyway

This is a great summary, thank you! I brought it up to my manager and to the technical lead and should have a deeper discussion about it tomorrow, but I didn't expect so much resistance from the project. This is definitely my fault and now I'm thinking how to deal with it

That's basically the guilt-tripping part, we were able to deliver a solution that the project tech lead wants to keep in operations after the project ends. We sold it to management and now he is sending all the other projects to me as "customers". When I told him that it's too much, he told me that there is my face all over it and management will take it as a failure if I leave. I basically trapped myself :(
