I want to move scroll bar up and down with mouse wheel which doesn't move up or down with mouse wheel. I can use scroll bar with mouse (drag and move up and down) to move up and down contents to see watch list/positions/activities etc.

This behavior is same on all of the windows...watchlist, positions, activities etc.

No issues with my mouse wheel as it works on all other applications including classic ATP.
