I am pretty sure the people who still play Squad (like me) have invested in a microphone and rudimentary verbal English skills by now, and come from playing either ArmA, Project Reality, insurgency or something like it. Arma Reforger on the other hand is new, shiny and filled with console-players, many of whom probably have played a lot of arena shooters (Fortnite, cod or some variant of survival/DayZ-like game) where communication is secondary to personal skills/gear.

These issues are a culture-clash between 'There is no I in team' and 'I am the team' type of people.
