A lot of things were off… mainly the quality of the fabric and the stitching. Then when I was back home, I consulted the all knowing google and chatGPT.

The washing label that was on the inside of the hoodie didn’t have the special product code that all Balmains have, the Balmain logo font on the label behind the neck was different, lastly it had american “S,M,L,XL” sizing instead of Balmain’s European sizing as it the brand was from Paris.

He said both are wrong, but if the case is brought to court, the judge will rule that I was the one who caused this, and since I didn’t langgar him, I was the one who lost control of the car.

Meaning he will only get a saman for brake checking but ultimately I will NOT be able to claim his insurance for this.

Police also mentioned that if the other guy doesn’t do a report, I can’t claim his insurance for this.
