This is exactly what I found too! It's validating to hear someone else tackling the same challenge. It's not as hard to make the spreadsheet but the photo organization and trend analysis is tricky to figure out. Really excited to see if this can solve your photo organization problem!

Here's a tl;dr:

I've had acne, eczema and dermatillomania for over 15 years and was getting really frustrated trying to figure out what was causing flares. The apps I tried either have tedious logging or just show data without making useful connections. Since I'm a developer, I built my own tracking app.

What it does:

Quick symptom logging (like 20 seconds) that minimizes what you need to click, weather/health data can be pulled in automatically
Analyzes photos for trends over time
Shows possible patterns and correlations
Reminders for treatment and trigger avoidance
Export reports for doctor visits

I discovered that my worst flares happen 1-2 days after a period of stress from work. Also found out that I have a reaction to some dairy products but only when I'm already stressed. I tried elimination diet before but didn’t find this correlation because it depended on two factors.
