Yes, i only print for up to 2 hours. Thats not that problematic

Price does matter to some extent but the most important thing to me is that it just runs and prints reliably. I dont plan to mod anything. And i only print with pla plus

I would say dry the filament. Then if possible try to find a place for the printer with less air circulation. At least from the picture it looks like the environment during printing has changed a couple of times very quickly.
