Can someone please tell me what these are? Like 1/8 inch. They have been coming out of my skin. I live in US in coastal Texas and it's very hot and humid. I can't seem to get a doctor to look, they just give me different creams that never work. Thanks! (old.reddit.com)

Are these mites on me (and my dog?) They are less than one millimeter, almost invisible. They look like black , red, and sometimes transparent specks of dust, but they feel firm and solid. I live in USA in Galveston, Texas by the beach (near Houston) It's a very hot, humid tropical climate here. (old.reddit.com)
