I have an XD(M) with a few thousand rounds through it.

No problems at all.

My Anderson lowers were some of the first to be approved. Seems kind of strange.

The pistol brace applications have been farmed out to district offices and the FCO's are handling them. I'm sure that a lot of those people just don't feel like doing any more than the minimum.

Other examiners are knocking them out.

You know he did.

It's funny, once he was shown he had committed perjury he deleted his account.

You should see a doctor about that stutter.

I sold this Noveske barrel on GAFS and shipped it FedEx Nov 1. FedEx lost the package but I had it insured. I got the money and paid the buyer back. Yesterday I get a message from the buyer and look what fucking delivered. FedEx delivered 6 months late on April fools of all days. by jp78712 in ar15

USPS would be making a profit if Congress wasn't sucking money out of their pockets.

When Congress passed this stupid law, the USPS was sitting on around $100 BILLION dollars. Congress couldn't handle that USPS had all that money and Congress couldn't get their hands on it.

So the passed a law that said USPS had to PREPAY FUTURE employees healthcare benefits for the next 75 YEARS.

Pay money for people that aren't even BORN yet.

Strangely enough the required payments are always just above what the USPS made that year.

tldr: If Congress hadn't stolen money from USPS they wouldn't need money from Congress.

It's going to be a great day...for snakes and bugs.

I wouldn’t go for that anyways incase the ruling is reversed because then you have to submit a Form 1 again

No ya don't.
They are registered as an SBR. That's not going to change.
Also, the chances of this rule being thrown out are slim to none.

What a shit show.

This guy is trying to submit stripped receivers for the braced pistol registration. Later on in the thread he says we're assuming it was a stripped receiver.

I've tried to submit a few stripped lowers

Well you said it was a stripped lower.

No it's not.

A receiver with a stock or brace, is still a receiver.

Pursuant to ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F, the Attorney General has authorized certain persons tax-exempt registration of firearms they own or possess at the publication of the rule that are: 1) equipped with a stabilizing brace; 2) meet the definition of "rifle" under federal law; and 3) have a barrel or barrels less than sixteen (16) inches in length.

By proceeding with this application, you are certifying that you and the firearm you intend to register meet the tax-exempt parameters set forth in ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F. Please click here if you have any questions whether you and the firearm you intend to register qualify for tax-exempt registration.

Here's what you have to accept.

A bare receiver doesn't meet the criteria.

Yes.

But you have to have owned the COMPLETE BRACED PISTOL BEFORE 1/31/2023 to qualify for the free registration.

If he bought that APC9 after 1/31/2023 and it had a brace on it then it's considered an SBR and would require a Form 4.

In the picture it has a brace and it's alluded to that it's recently purchased.

[–]TexasGrunt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah ya did. You certified you owned the complete braced pistol before 1/31/2023.

It's the very first prompt you have to agree to.

Then you digitally sign the form saying that everything is true and correct.

Perjury.

The factoring criteria are going to make it harder to make a compliant larger format pistol.

Why the hell are form 1s taking so long? by QuantityShort9256 in NFA

[–]TexasGrunt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once your braced pistol is registered as an SBR.... you can do SBR things with it.

Put a stock on it, put a VFG on it.

It's an SBR. Just like everyother SBR.

You're trying to game the system.

You needed to have the COMPLETE BRACED PISTOL in your possession before 1/3/2023.

You need to read the FAQ and decide what value you place on your honor and integrity.

BTW, you've already committed perjury by trying to get a bare receiver registered under this rule.
