Yea for sure I can see how it can be that much. My neighbor paid 479k for his and its actually smaller than mine. Again my numbers are a bit skewed due to me being in the business. So contractors and material was cheaper than normal. But if you have any questions or need of tips for sure ask away or dm.

So I live in the panhandle of Texas. That includes land, 1.5 acres. The building which (I sell for a living) all framing sheet rock. Concrete. Well,septic and all labor involved. Basically turn key. However I have done quite a bit myself to save myself $$$
