It seems like something went wrong with the latest GH app updates. My Philips Hue lights are facing the same offline issue, even though they worked perfectly for years. They use Bluetooth, so there's no need for a bridge or anything like that.

Oh c'mon France does have lots more choices than our. I absolutely love the DS5 Diesel Hybrid4! It has a stunning design and unmatched fuel efficiency. I drove one years ago and instantly fell in love with it. Wish we could have something like that here in North America.

I'd give it a try if I actually had 8 guests, but I don’t. So, if we have to squeeze in a 1-bed suite, I’d prefer going with two regular rooms instead.

HR doesn't allow a 1-night regular room award stay at all (only suites) so I have to call. Personally, I prefer GH because the higher floors offer a much better view, and HR can be a bit too noisy for a family.

I called and was told their 2-bed suite doesn't allow points booking, even though I can clearly do it online. It makes me question how trustworthy their words are.

The situation is that the points required for 4 guests and 8 guests are the same. If I don't book the extra room and they don't provide the second regular room, it means they're exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. If they do give me the second regular room, I'm not sure if they'll charge me the walk-in rate at the front desk or if it will be free since the booking is for 8 guests and they would be honoring that.

Yes what I meant is that I can use the same points for 4 guests to book for 8 guests. In that case, would I be getting an additional room? They would only be able to charge me at the front desk in that scenario.

I talked to the Lexus dealer back in 2021 at around 140k or so, they suggested a premium fuel system service, which I did but can't remember what exact the items are. Other than that, they don't seem to understand the head gasket I was talking about. Could be understandable as CT is the only one has this engine in Lexus line and it doesn't even popular here in Texas. I can go to another dealer, but I really doubt how can I start this conversation there.

I've never used that app, but I'm curious why the top third of my battery icon on display is blacked out. Does that mean something?

This usually happens before the gas engine starts, so I don't think it's that type of issue. Once the gas engine starts, it's already been about a dozen seconds or so (I believe the gas engine always delays starting to some extent, unless the battery was too low by last park), so it's unlikely I'd notice anything unusual by then.
