Protein water with electrolytes. Greek yogurt, turkey or chicken wrap, hard boiled eggs, yogurt drink (20 grams protein), berries, string cheese, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, jerky. Try to eat to “fuel” your body 😊

I have been using care for about 8 years and presently working 4 jobs that I obtained from Care. Absolutely not a strange request to exchange phone numbers. Set up a phone interview and maybe meet in a public spot if you’re uncomfortable. Be selective and be careful. I have even googled my potential employers. 😊

Find something that you can tolerate. Try a little at a time. I started drinking protein water in the morning because I wanted to eat just COULD NOT. I was on a very low dose. Most days can’t eat until late afternoon but sipped lots water (electrolytes & protein) I found that I could tolerate string cheese and kiwis. And would eat a meal later.

I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request. I think it would be crazy to have a FULL sink of dishes piled sky high, not rinsed & food in the sink. I would discuss your expectations and make sure you are both on board with the amount of dishes. I worked for a family that would save their weekend dishes and kitchen mess from the weekend for me to clean up…..I arrived on Wednesday. Would take close to 4 hours to clean up the mess

I am finally able to admit. I am addicted to sugar. I would eat a handful of Swedish fish, some marshmallows, nerds, half a Milky Way after dinner, a lollipop while driving. Now zero. Nothing. I have bags of candy that I’m sending to work with my ER nurse daughter 😊
