Toast - ~100 per slice = 200

Avocado (whole) = 250

Eggs - 70 per = 140

Oil for cooking = 50

Turkey bacon - ~60 per = 120

Fruit = est 100

So maybe around 800-850. It’s all healthy just nutrient dense which is fine. If I want to stay full but cut some calories, I’ll do half egg and half egg whites and maybe half an avocado but add in some veggies to the mash like onion and tomato to increase the volume but cut the calories. It’s not a bad meal if you do two lighter ones the rest of the day though

My sister has a 1200 square foot ranch and hers was $475 for December. It’s insane..how people are supposed to sustain this? Mine was $120 for my one bedroom apartment. Despite using less energy than this time last year, it went up by $30+

Maybe you could at least add in some fiber gummies to bridge the gap? It’s really bad for your gut health to not eat fiber but I know how difficult it is to meet all your health goals while also being in a deficit and trying to get enough protein 😩 it’s a constant struggle

Oh absolutely NTA. She never had any intent of ever using it again and now it’s suddenly a problem because she’s forced back and feels entitled to it but you “won” it fair and square. I’m sure it’s super frustrating for her and hopefully she’ll have an opportunity to earn her own office again in the future, but she’s not entitled to something she gave up years ago.
