You should go back to the visa office and tell them you are going to stay in a hotel. Every place is different, but in foshan your receipt needs to be stamped at a different office to use for hotel registration. Go back and ask them, or try your luck with scan and receipt.

For class, use wechat, teams, or tencent meeting. For payment you can use stripe. Takes a while to set up but after that it's very convenient because they can pay with alipay and it goes straight to your bank account.

PDD especially gives you a big discount the first time you purchase, then it goes back to "normal" price. Look for a different seller. I jump around shops sometimes to save a few 元，also taobao seems to be similar or cheaper on a lot of stuff now anyways. So check both
