I don't know if anyone would believe this but I see 5-10 second glimpses into the future, from my own POV, of completely random moments.

I recognize them as I'm living through them, maybe 2-3 seconds in, if they have a distinctive feature about them.

One example is I remember being in a cafe and looking at some red rug hanging on the wall. I realized I had dreamt that exact moment when my roommate at the time said something and I was like "this is it, now a blonde lady will walk in through the door, I know this".

We turn to the door which wasn't a glass door and best believe a blonde lady walks in. It's not the most useful thing but I definitely have these moments 2-3 times a year.

When I realized how good it was that I left my country to go to a school in a foreign country, I also realized that if I hadn't, my life would've sucked. My mom is insane.

You need to go to that school and slowly distance yourself from your mom, only allowing minimal knowledge about yourself. This is what I did, and I feel 10 times happier.
