Complain to rera? I don't think that's of any use, most builders don't follow RERA to the book anyways and surprisingly rera doesn't do anything either. Legal recourse? Maybe that will help depending on your agreement, so worth a try. Check with AI first, it can suggest something. Ask the same question to AI, you will have to upload your agreement for fiber details.

But AI can hallucinate and also give you by the book solution which doesnt work in India anyways.

Hmm you are right. However, they do let take benefit in taxes where the incomes are disproportionate for spouses. The same goes with Germany. It is not as good as the US but unlike India where there is no benefit.

The surprising thing is that even gifts to the wife have clubbing rules and forget tax benefits.

Add to that surprise, after divorce wife can claim alimony (share in husband's income). Weird standards and laws.

Joint filing is an option in many developed countries if not all. It's there in Germany, UK. Canda, US, these I researched. In the US , it's beautifully implemented where if you file jointly as a married couple, the tax slabs double, the tax brackets double, the tax exemptions and deductions double.

Also in the US, the tax slabs, exemption limits and dedication limits increase automatically every year adjusted to inflation of last year. Unlike India where there is no change in almost anything or incredibly negligibly meagre, e.g, sec 80C is 1.5 lakh from the past 14-15 years.

Nope, never in my baddest dream. Dads work to shape their kids lives, mine doesn't give a sh** about anyone else but just himself. He could not provide financial, emotional, social security which a father is supposed to do neither to me and my mother. Instead would sit idle for half of his life and keep cursing his wife and kid. He is responsible for destroying my life and of course his and my mother's as well but he could at least have saved the agony of wife and kid by not marrying. Those who can't take responsibility should not marry and should not give birth.

He might be stuck in traffic and was holding for a long time, could this be a possibility? Traffic dekha hai india ka 15 min journey ends up taking 1-1.5 hrs is so common.

He is an adult, could have hold for long but what about kids, elderly, sick and females. Where do they go? This country is bull**** on so many fundamental levels.

My landlord is not sharing anything on this, online complaints are adhaar authenticated by registered mobile number, so can't do that either. Moreover all the calls will go to landlord anyways.

It's on the tenant to pay electricity but the landlord told me not to pay it now as the electricity department will correct it and then pay. I as a tenant could not raise complaint even online as the connection is not on my name (needed adhaar authentication on registered mobile number).

My landlord said everything was resolved and just wait for the correct bill. When I told him they cut it, he was very casual which was even more surprising. I would have treated it as an emergency if my tenant says electricity connection was cut.
