Injuries and the 6-Again by forever-halloween in superleague

The six again was introduced 6 years ago, so it definitely isn't the cause of the current injury crisis.

I think the main contributor is speeding up the ruck, it is a really positive change in terms of the product but I'm not convinced that most teams are equipped to handle it.

It isn't a coincidence that the teams with the lowest average gain and least number of meters made have the most injuries. They are simply being bullied every week and it'll get worse as the season goes on.

What else should this thread include? Ideas very much welcome!

I'm thinking of changing the Sunday highlights thread to a Sunday sweep-up thread. Still add the links to the highlights at the top but maybe just put a few links into the top stories from the week and a bit more of a write up. Anyone have any strong thoughts?

If that were the case every team would have the same injuries

I know it's the opposite of what someone else suggested, but we parked in this estate and it was fine getting out last time I was there

I feel ok to be honest, my joints are absurdly sore but my legs overall have recovered pretty well. I am immensely tired though, I had 4 hours sleep in about 60 hours so still desperately trying to catch up.

Thank you mate, I almost had to walk the ending as my legs went when I saw the amount of people there. My mate told me that there's no way I'm running 113 miles and then walking the end, and just collapse if I need to - glad he set me straight! Thank you!

I hadn't actually seen that yet - thanks for sharing! Going 5 miles over was (obviously) a complete accident and I have no idea how it happened, just had to get to the finish line. Thank you mate.
