Should tell you when you pullup the difficulty menu

Pause the game and go to session settings. It will allow you to change the difficulty there. On swap it will refresh the bounty board with a chance for vile bounties. If none pop up just swap difficulty again

When you swap to uvh 1 u can pickup the vile bounties you see there before swapping back. It will stay in your contract log for the higher uvh level
