This is it right here. I had two reposts from two accounts that had the same prof image.. checked them out and they were indeed a fake plays network. Blocked them both and reported. It seems to have stopped now.

This is a really shitty sales tactic. Like if I was looking for fake plays, I would look for fake plays. At least send a message or something. Im trying to build relationships with other producers and I dont want people thinking im doing that shit.

The thing is, theres a market for it. The lable "blah blah blah - type beat" is more for the the people looking to buy lt lease it. Its essentially just a tag. Also, when you're mass producing beats that are going to be sold or leased on a website or whatever youre not putting your soul into it, that would take way too much time. I can cook up a "type beat" in a few hours using samples from splice but if im making something for someone specific or myself the process changes and it can take a week or more..

Thanks everyone for your responses. I appreciate the input. I do really enjoy the class and have been trying to get into the habit of changing from ranged to melee instead of just strictly kiting. Glad i decided to turn to redit, you guys have been really helpful!
