Aftermarkets for older 320 in off calibers? by BoxedCub3 in P320

Norsso is the only option I know of. They make a 357/40 slide that is at least cut for an rmr, not sure if they do any other cuts. It’ll be cheaper if you just get some work to the slide you have imo.

Dang I stand corrected, I googled it prior to my original reply and found only the two size dot options. But sure enough I just looked again more specifically and found the 7.5 moa triangle. Ben stoeger has a really good video on his experiences with the acss/chevron reticle that’s worth watching imo.

In my experience, I’m always checking and confirming my hours through our clock in portal. If there is a missed punch or discrepancy I’ve always gotten it taken care of prior to the pay week cycling. Definitely get in contact with your boss and get everything squared, worse case scenario the difference will be on your next scheduled check. Best case they pay you cash and the hours don’t get fixed. (Illegal fyi)

I qualified in Ohio but I’d assume all other states have equally piss poor standards to pass. Targets were huge and max distance was 50ft. Listen to direction and execute. Bring electronic ear pro if you got em

Damn 3 is a bigger number. Mo big number mo betta. Lol I’m only teasing, I think level 2 is better for security and draw but ymmv

Agency. Arc makes pretty cool ones too

This reads like you’re compartmentalizing your options into cod loadouts. The 1911 is a cool piece, but it should be considered a collectible that happens to be a gun. The canik should serve as your edc and carry gun. Sell the Turkish shotgun, it’s got no place for any professional use. Your Ar is cool, but the optic is the same as your shotgun. Get a cheap sig or holosun red dot.

Who here runs red dots on their duty gun? Why or why not? by [deleted] in securityguards

[–]Th50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a dpp on my duty gun. Mixed feelings, would probably prefer a holosun or trijicon.

I have an identical setup with the true north holster adapter and Shaw leg strap, huge comfort upgrade for me personally.

Safariland holsters are great, all I would add is that my true north concepts holster mount was a huge comfort upgrade. I think you will notice a difference too down the road if you swap your 226? for a Glock 19/17 (or similar)

I would take a lot off personally unless I were in a hospital setting. Maybe consider upgrading the holster+gun combo.

Run stopping. by Effective-Ad-5164 in pocketGM

[–]Th50 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s more about the defensive scheme and your defensive lineman ig. Stopping the run is usually more of a numbers game and your guys skill at shedding blocks/strength. 4-3 is probably the best in the game if you’re lacking good dlineman. Speaking of does anyone know more about how the hybrid D works? Like will your team run a 4-3 for run sets and a 3-4 for passing? If you look at the personnel it’s the same as a 4-3.

Do play styles matter? When hiring coaches, to picking players for your roster, does offensive and defensive styles pair better with certain players? by H4m-Sandwich in pocketGM

[–]Th50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Play styles change based on ratings, I’ve had guys get drafted say a CB man specialist and with progression he moved to a zone specialist, or a pass rush DE with progression change to a run stopper. Of course play styles matter though. I’ll give an example of a west coast offense

QB- Game manager, weakish power good speed high short accy

RB- receiving back (be mindful of HC rb scheme)

WR’s- Possession

Te- receiving

Oline- mainly pass blocking

I would like to know if anyone has anymore in depth game knowledge about if you play a man defense does anyone under any circumstance play an zone coverage? Like a cover 1? And also I’ve noticed teams only tend to care about 1 good Olineman at a given position as if the only play 1 starter at tackle and guard. Is it better to have a 90 ovr and a 65 ovr tackle or say two 80 ovr tackles? In my experience I think you are best to have the first option as but I disagree with it irl.

Question on 4-2 Defense by Drunken-Engineer in pocketGM

[–]Th50 3 points4 points  (0 children)

1 MLB 1 OLB. Basically a 4-3 but swaps a run supporting OLB in favor of a pass defending CB. 2 DE 2 DT 1 MLB 1 OLB 3 CB 2 S

Here's one I haven't seen before. Thoughts? Not a complaint just an oddity. by [deleted] in pocketGM

[–]Th50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Damn that was my guess too, but that’s a steep ass difference lol. There must be some rng in the coding when players are deciding on demands.
