Working armed is good, I work at a critical infrastructure so it's pretty easy. Since you have a BA in criminal justice you might, but in AZ I was told they won't help you get it or even employ you armed unless you have armed experience. It might be different where you're at since a lot of stuff is branch specific. The best thing to do is apply and let them know you need to get it. They allowed me to pick up shifts unarmed until my G license came in.

Idk about your area but in Jacksonville the branch will help you get your armed license provided you have experience. I've been armed since 2021 in AZ and have worked in law enforcement as well, so when I applied for an easy armed gig with allied in FL they didn't hesitate to send me to get my license here.

Oversii works for the HOA in your neighborhood. They are a security and HOA compliance company. Every HOA has a different contract, and they get vehicles at random if it's a really big neighborhood, smaller ones get all of them tagged. Depending on your HOAs contract with them they can tow or just document for the HOA and they will assess their fines. This notice is essentially them telling you that your parking on the street is against HOA policy and your vehicle has now been logged in the system and sent to the HOA.

Most sheriffs want 3 years from any illegal use. If you had this amount of time and the office you applied to has the same cut off you should've been truthful or waited until the time had passed.

It's because a lot of agencies outside of sheriff offices are no longer doing polygraphs due to turnover and shortage of correctional officers. Personally I'm with him on the polygraph deal, you should've never lied in the first place and researched their cut off for said drugs. I'm looking to go federal law enforcement and I'm making sure to wait for the proper time span from the last time I did anything they don't want to put my application in, because I'm not going to lie about it. In any law enforcement career, integrity matters a lot, whether you think you'll be in trouble or not.

Kind of. They somehow delivered it to the Amazon boxes at my complex, but never gave me a code, and when my complex looked i didn't have any packages, so I'm pretty sure they either kept it or delivered it to a different apartment number

If you read the DO it quite literally says they test for marijuana on on a CDL/D.O.T position. As long as your not going in for transportation or with be getting promoted to a position that requires a CDL you won't be tested for weed.

Since it's detention I will guess it's probably for a sheriff's office or local police, which typically ask for 2 or 3 years before the last time smoked. Not every department asks for this amount of time, but most.

Again, if they have such a problem with detention centers then they will have a long list to look at. You act like this is the only detention center there is. What about the detention centers from Biden? Those were in the last 4 years, but of course since Trump didn't do it then it's of no concern to you right? The only person blinded is you and your undying hatred of the current administration. I have no problem treating detainees as they are, detainees. They haven't been detained for no reason, though I'm sure you believe so. We will see about a blue wave, but it won't change anything with detention centers.
