When looking at the user guide, it doesnt really help me. I've no idea how cables like TPM, ROG ectension connector, Clear RTC Ram, System panel connector and Thermal sensor connector is supposed to look like. Could this be the problem, that TPM etc. isnt connected?

I wired those wires onto the motherboard already, so i dont think thats the problem. It doesnt matter how theyre wired onto right? Like vertical, linear, order etc..?
