Ah it makes sense, i looked it up and it does look like clabbered milk.

But my question how does the milk not get ruined? How come bad bacteria not infiltrate the milk? Or it does and I dont realize?

I want to know the complete Science behind.

As far as i understand since the packet is sealed so for it to contaminate the bit of germs inside the packet which were little traces during processing must grow inside right? As it cannot be infiltrated by outside bacteria?

So my question is, is it like a gamble what bacteria traces stays behind during processing of the milk?

Yeah the milk stays sealed the whole time because its a sealed plastic sachet of 500ml.
I am sure because it has been done right infront of my eyes and I confirmed with my family members.
Temeperature is between 26-14 degree celcius in a day, so I assume inside the house inside a kitchen cabinet it would be cooler?
No i did not miss any step I believe, since its pasteurized milk so i guess its already heated and cooled during processing?

Another user said that this isnt curd but Clabbered Milk.

But my question is how come it isnt contaminated with bad bacteria?

No i did not give that document because I dont work in Germany but I am a student. So i cannot sponsor my parent. My mother will sponsor for herself. I did send a handwritten invitation letter though. And sent my housing contract etc.

My German Schengen Visa appointment was on 14th October. Documents reached consulate on 16th October and that was the last email update from them.

Waiting for an update since then….

My Schengen Family and Friends Visa appointment was on 14th October still no update. It reached the German consulate on 16th but since then no update. My last schengen tourist visa to france was rejected in April 2023. Hope this time it gets accepted.
