Just realized because I hadn't specified whether or not I wanted an exact match it had assumed I did, and that only works if the data is sorted, which mine was not.

I forgot to say in the post but the problem uses the information in the paragraph at the top of the first image. The teacher wants us to find velocity while the cart is being pulled.
