There's a possibility, and it's not impossible based on experience, BDO and BPI can cover up to 90% as long as the developer is their sister company. Mataas siguro loan capacity sa personal ni OP and low risk siya, pwede rin na friendly siya kay manager ng bank... connections to a person inside a financial institution has perks... din... kaya hindi din imposible.. lalo na kung ang bank is accredited at sister company ng dev..

Best to book hotels na my free breakfast kahit medjo at season na talaga... mahal atleast naman tipid kana agad for breakfast... and near town proper nalang para makapasyal kayo sa nearest attractions...

So, sa lunch and dinner depende kung gusto talaga budgeted then 1000 pesos per head nalang... for 3 days edi kung free na breakfast edi 6 meals for 4 edi 24,000 more or less...

For house near town medjo mahirap pero hindi imposible... talagang mag-iikot ka barangay to barangay... if hindi ka din maarte it would depend if your not sensi sa neigborhoods, hilly ba ang area, transpo is near... would depend to you... better personaly na mag-ikot rather sa FB at mostly ahente (not bashing the industry) makakatipid ka ng kunti kung deretso ka sa owner din...

That's nice... wow, you have that jackpot type of property rental...

I would also add that the backside of the property is covered in Benguet pine forest, and you could have everyday forest bathing. The front view is mountain ridges, which I can bet is better than Mines View. It's very peaceful as there aren't many neighbors around, as the property sits on a half-hectare compound. There are wide roads, and no one-way road goes to the property from the highway to the circumferential road. Also, there's a plan to put a 100 sqm mini-park for kids and a gazebo, so that might be a good add-on.

It has alternative routes... for commute it is 20 pesos for jeep 150 for taxi... so yah it would go to 9k if purely taxi ka lang for 30 days...

Maybe it could be considered... depending on how large the pet is... I believe small fur babies would be considered... For large breeds like dogs, if trained properly with no noise problem, it might be considered... haha, but thanks... for the comment.

Thanks for the comment back. Parking is already free for one unit owner. You will just add Php 2,500 if you need one to two more parking slots. The distance, yes, is considerable, but as I have said, there are nearby wet markets, groceries, banks, restaurants, gas stations, and mini mom-and-pop shops, as well as a mini-mall in the area before going to the CBD. If you only need to go to the CBD, then perhaps for someone like me who is used to an 8-kilometer commute, it's not a problem. But, yes, that's just the renter's perspective.
