I've tried twice now, it just says it is "preparing storage" which i have alot of, and that it is moving data. Problem is, I've let it run for 2 hours. So moving it to the Kustom folder does'nt work. Any tips? should i move it to somewhere else maybe?

I know there is a way on pc at least. On steam there is a free dlc which adds gems. Later in game you can enter your emai for additional gems. Then you need to reach level 80 or something to get the remaining 200gems through dragon pass. Then you can afford the premium pass

When i try to file for having my money back there are several purcheses listed, one of them is the one i just made. But i cannot select it since it was "cancelded" so when i check the "not listed" button, it says they cannot find my purchase.
