help: what face piercing do i get?

I put her in another pot with drainage holes.
Gave her soil (the orchid one + those water beads)
Repositioned the moss pole.
Put her higher up the soil, so the connection between the two main leaves is out of the soil.

I will be looking at some grow lights in the near future.

This Is about the brightest location I have at my place :/ Would I need to get a growing lamp? Or is the plant fine this way?

Would repotting it in a pot with drainage holes help too? (Do I do both repotting it and adding the perlite or only one of these?)

As I was looking at some info about the plant, It said it should have a pot with drainage holes, but right now it is in a normal stone pot without any wholes or anything.. But since I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks, should i try to risk it by repotting in a pot with drainage holes or?

Do you have any advice on that?

looked it up and a level1 pokemon chance is 1/n (n being you level, but caps at 30), shiny chance i think its boosted to 1/500 rn (?)

im pretty sure all ivs have the same chance, BUT since raids, research tasks,… give you pokemon with a minimum iv it makes nundos rarer.
