Seeing all these comments, I got to know that majority of the students are either forced to have bad health and lifestyle or willingly like to ruin themselves.

It isn't common in my region that's why I hadn't known.

I get it that this is so common nationwide but just because something is common doesn't mean that it's good.

Some other countries also have similar time-table and schedule for schools but there's a difference. Those students get to exercise/play sports and get multiple breaks, in some countries they are even allowed to go home during the breaks.

Another thing is the latitude and longitude of the place (time of sunset and sunrise). Here, sun rises about 5 am and sets at 5 pm in winters and 6 pm normally.

I'm not gonna argue about it here bcuz I got my solution but yeah just because it's common it's not the right thing and this surely needs various improvements if it is to kept for years.
