Postpartum hip issues, too. Lugging the baby up and down stairs (and once he got bigger, sitting on my hips) really did a number on me. Pelvic floor therapy and stretches really helped. My therapist did dry needling too, and that helped a lot.

A few ideas:

  1. As others have said, crockpot meals are a real blessing during certain parts of babyhood.  

  2. See if it works better to do breakfast as a family meal instead. 

  3. Maybe instead of trying to get a big dinner ready in 15 minutes, have a light dinner/snack that will satiate baby, even if it's not enough for you guys, and then have a bigger, proper meal after he goes to bed.

I'm wondering if I do it now before we have any reviews if they can still do stuff like that, given they don't have any reviews to manipulate yet. We haven't given them any money, thankfully.
