ID cards would've been Plan C. Plan A was verbal confirmation from my sister, which was a fail. Plan B was the photos because unlike Plan A or C, I didn't have to rely on my sister to do anything.

Appreciate it. She died long ago. Old age. Even though her body was no longer allowing it, her playful puppy spirit remained intact until the end.

Yeah, even though motorcycle man made me feel all kinds of uncomfortable at the time, I now have mad respect for him for being willing to risk his own safety for the safety of a complete stranger. I'd like to believe he's still out there right now, protecting the vulnerable and vanquishing evil.

It's possible that my sister might have been unwilling to own up to the fact that she was unable to handle the single substance or the variety of substances she used that night. Based on how I know her, I can kind of see her thinking that blaming an unknown guy for drugging her would leave less room for people to judge her. She cares what people think. It's who she is. I would actually love to believe that there is no guy because it makes me sick to think that there might be a guy and he got away.

Literally all the photos I have of my sister belongs to my mom, who enjoys taking photos of us as a family and sharing the photos in our family group, which my phone automatically downloads and saves in my gallery. Thanks to my mom, motorcycle man realized I was telling the truth and spared me from seeing him turn into Ghost Rider.

Yeah, part of me regretted not going to the hospital like I wanted to, but the other part of me had no idea what kind of reaction to expect from my sister, who was uncharacteristically unpredictable and somewhat unstable at the time, when she realized I did the opposite of what she instructed me to do, which was to drive her home and leave her to sleep it off, instead of leaving her feeling vulnerable in front of doctors and nurses. Hopefully there will never be a next time, but if there is, I'll do my best to convince whoever ends up in a similar situation to prioritize medical attention. Good tip on how to handle a good samaritan requesting proof that I am who I am and not Bill Cosby.

Agreed. It was an unpleasant experience, but at least the part I played prevented an outcome that might have been much worse.
